UPS Freight Truckload operates as a fully developed truckload division. Truckload drivers operate a variety of equipment including 48’ and 53’ van trailers and flatbeds. All tractors are equipped with 24-hour two-way communication. Additional technology includes load-monitoring software that monitors service on each load, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities, and an integrated billing and dispatch system. Truckload drivers may operate as a single driver or as a sleeper team. All UPS Freight drivers are subject to the same hiring and professional standards.
