Voice Response offers you the following information:
Shipment Tracing
Use a UPS Freight PRO number, bill of lading number, or purchase order number to determine the current location of your freight and the expected delivery date and more.
Rate Shipment
Enter your origin ZIP code, destination ZIP code, freight class, and weight to receive your rate and total charges.
Proof of Delivery
Use a UPS Freight PRO number, bill of lading number, or purchase order number along with your fax number to receive a faxed copy of your shipment's delivery receipt.

For a Rate Quotation - press 1.
For Shipment Tracing - press 2.
To receive a faxed copy of your Delivery Receipt - press 3.
To be connected to a Customer Service Representative - press 8.
For instructions - press 9.
